Well this is coming from a 9month pregnant girl...if she had a baby shower already then I'm sure she has plenty for the baby. That being the case maybe get her something for her, that she can enjoy. Something from bath and body works, maybe a girft certificate to get a massage or a manicure. Also you could get her some jewelry with the babys birthstone. Gift cretificates to Target , Walmart or publix are a good idea too and will help out a lot after the baby is born.

She probably has everything for the baby so concider getting her a personal gift such as a massage gift certificate or something that she can use on herself after she gives birth. She will appreciate anything when its from her friend!!

When my sister was pregnant, I bought her one of those things that is sort of like a hard pillow that you wrap around your self and then the baby rests on it while breastfeeding. They're supposed to make it easier for both the mom and the baby and then later on when the baby is a bit older, you can stick the baby sitting upright in it and it gets used as a sort of chair.

I have a three month old son and the best gifts that I received were gift cards! Especially for places like Wal-Mart because you can get anything from gas, to clothes for yourself, to baby clothes, to formula and diapers.

Give her what I wish someone would give me: a day at the spa! I'm 34 weeks, my feet hurt, my back hurts, my head hurts, my legs hurt, and I look like Yoda. You can even find some spas who specialize in pampering pregnant women. Trust me, your friend would love it. And she will appreciate it. Maybe even go with her, have a girl's day out.
MAKE SURE THAT THE MASSAGE THERAPIST IS LICENSED TO DEAL WITH PREGNANT WOMEN!! Some of them aren't, and one rub the wrong way would send her into labor early!!!
