Is having sex in the backseat of your car illigal? I've had alot of police cars circle my car before, but never actually knock or talk to me. we're they just suspicuious or what?

im not talking about in my garage. lol. But what about oh say in the k-mart parking lot where no-one car see. The car does sorta look suspicious tho because i always park far away from everyone.(just larifying)

Well, it is legal as long as you are not seen in the public. Cover some blinds on your car windows and have s!x in the middle of the New York city. LMAO.

It's only illegal if you're bothering someone or if you're doing it in a public place like a Little League Baseball parking lot. But seriously isn't having sex in the backseat a little too crowded? Why not get a room or do it on the grass. That why you have more room.

Depends on where your parked & the mood of the particular cop. If you were in a residential area where children might be about. Lude behavior or indecent exposure is possible. If you practice descretion probably get away with it. Descretion is a good idea could be embarrassing.

It is if you're in a public place. Lude and indecent exposure or something like that. My ex and I got caught doing it in the park but the cop happened to be a friend of his parents so he just ran us out of the park and told us to get a room.

I think so, if you are in a public place where people can see you. because it is like indecent exposure or something.

I only did that once but it was in the front seat, very squashed and awkward and it was mighty uncomfortable, and I was paranoid the whole time that someone was going to come into the carpark where we were.

Unless, your car is in your garage. Yes, sex in public is illegal. Obviously kids here...save your money spring for a room. Backseat sex was very uncomfortable for me in H.S. but I'm 6'4

The law views an automobile as having no presumption of privacy...So sex in car..is just like having sex in public..which can be cited as indecent exposure...The only exception is if it was a camper or motorhome...privacy is presumpted in those types of vehicles.
