as a former trucker myself with over 20 years experience and over 2.6 million safe driving miles, i can truthfully tell you that i dont know of any GLBT run companies. however, most if not all of the major carriers will not and do not care a lick whether youre gay, lesbian, a crossdresser (as i was for the last 5 years i drove), transgendered or not. all they care about is that you can do the job safely, with in the rules, be drug and alcohol free and have a valid CDL - A with or with out the the proper endorsements. i still hold a CDL with the X endorsement even though i have retired due to a bad back and the fact that i am in the final stages of my transition to womanhood.

I don't know of any, you might want to try searching through some info in the Advocate.
