Hot for Teacher by Van Halen uses "Drag's" in his playing, then they overlay them.
Hawaii 5-O by the Ventures is a fast drumming song. Or try the version of Wipeout by the Ventures. The is an extended drum solo in the middle.
However, Louie Bellson, Gene Krupa, and Buddy Rich defined fast drumming.
Neil Peart is pretty fast on most Rush songs including REd Barchetta, and YYX.
Stewart Copeland of the Police does some real blazing drum work on the Outlandis D'Amour Album.

Well I don't know about drums although Slipknot does have a lot of songs with good drums in them. A good example of good drums not necessarily the fastest but still good is Me Inside By Slipknot. Also consider In Flames, not a very well know band but an absolutely brilliant band. And another point, DRAGON FORCE!!! If you think you have heard good guitar solos... think again. All I can say is the best and fastest (ridiculously fast.. I mean it.. VERY fast) guitar players ever. Their best song so far? Through The Fire And Flames. Buddy Rich was known as the worlds fastest drummer, have a look on you tube and find buddy rich with the muppets, his hands are a blur even in slo-mo.
