I was recently in Windsor and I saw the Queen shopping in Argos, and then she went into poundland. She told the crowd that had gathered she was buying Christmas presents for her Family.
Has anyone else seen someone famous out and about.

Well Rod the Queen has never been in a shop in her life. In fact once a year Harrods is open just for her. So she can choice what to buy. Plus the Queen doesn't personally carry money.

Fun question! I grew up in Hollywood,Ca. and the odds of spotting someone famous were always good. Sometimes,as spotting a celeb is most often a surprise encounter, you catch yourself wondering how you know this person, they look so familiar..went to school with 'em, someone from work, from down the pub? No, that's Johnny Depp or whoever. Good times. My favorite "encounter" was John Wayne who used to frequently drive his station wagon to a local import/gift shop near where I lived. Had his son with him most of the time. In those days it was considered very uncool to disturb celebs in any way. Bet they wish it was still like that!

I keep bumping in to John Barnes the ex-England footballer. I'm thinking about getting some bumpers to take some of the impact.
