Both have nearly equal insulating value when properly installed. The biggest difference would be in the ability of fiberglass to remain "lofted" for a longer period. Eventually the cellulose would settle more than the fiberglass since there is no way to spray a vapor barrier. Without a vapor barrier to keep outside moisture from infiltrating the insulation (and a newer type like tyvek which allows trapped moisture to escape) the cellulose is more prone to moisture related settling and breakdown than fiberglass.
Both these types of insulation require a certain amount of airspace between the insulation particles to function properly. Settled, it loses R value and leaves top portions of the insulated space unprotected.
Cellulose spray insulation is more readily available and less expensive for the "do-it-yourself" person than is fiberglass spray insulation.

I like cellulose better than fiberglas, because it does not lose R value when the temperature decreases. Air does not go through it as well as it does fiberglass (which decreases R value). Search out an insulation contractor that does cellulose--you will find the price a lot lower.

Fiberglass sprays is a much better insulation. It keeps your house cool in the summer and warmer in the winter and also acts as a sound absorber. It is primarily made of sand and recycled products. Cellulose is composed of 20 percent chemicals by weight in addition to inks and dyes present in shredded newspapers cardboard and wastepapers

If you can find it, spray in rock or mineral wool are superior to both. Having a higher R factor and no tendency to settle. Plus it has a very high sound damping quality that will make your house quieter. Best of all it's no more expensive than fiberglass, and has no cancer warnings. Hope this helps.

Fiberglass is a better insulator, also more fire resistant, slightly more expensive.
Cellulose is more earth friendly, as it is made from treated and ground recycled paper.

A small number of people also have a reactions to fiberglass (allergies, skin irratation, etc.) and so don't want it.

Celulose spray in insulation is better9Cheap).However for better insulation you can use fiber glass sheet ( a wooll like blanket).(some how costly)
