A dime bag is a $10 bag of weed. I'm guessing a dime piece is a piece of some kind of drug, like a piece of crack maybe? Isn't a rock a piece of cocaine? It could be that too, but I think a rock is the whole "piece".

It's urban slang for a woman who is fine like the number 10. Used in many rap songs, or on the streets. "She's a dime piece!" People also say "silver dollar"
