I am still going through puberty, and I know guys grow till they are like 23-24. I do alot of hanging and pullups, and alot of stretchs.... Anyone have any advice???? Will hanging help????Please any suggestions.......

There is no known method in my knowledge that will help you gain 4 inches when to begin with, YOU ARE 20 YEARS OLD! I know a friend that at 14, he was 5'2", and then by the age of 15, he was 5'8" Now he is 16, and he is 5'11". As for you, i doubt you will gain any more than 1 inch in the next 3 years. I think you are done growing. I am 6'5", and 16 yrs old. When i was 14, i was 6'2", i gained an inch a year after that so far. Once again, i think you are to old to be growing any more....Another thing i thought i would point out, lifting weights makes a young growing body build muscle mass more than height, so i would lay off the weights until i am fully done growing. As for me, im satisfied with 6'5", so ive begun weight lifting. :-P

I'm sorry.....but you are really done growing. No amount of drugs, devices, supplements, vitamins, shakes or ANY exercise or stretches is going to make you taller. You MIGHT get 1 more inch, but that is it. It's genetic and there is nothing you can do about it.
