Morning sickness was bad for me. It got to the point where I nearly lost the baby from dehydration.
I discovered the one thing I could keep down was strawberry flavored milk. Not plain, not chocolate, but milk flavored with the artificial strawberry stuff, like Nestle's Quick, was the only thing that I could keep down in small amounts. After a couple of days of drinking the stuff, I was able to start eating traces of other foods.
A few years later, a friend of mine was going through nasty bouts of morning sickness. I told her about the strawberry milk and it worked for her too.
I hope you start feeling better soon!

I completely sympathize. I had the worst time too. With me, for some reason milk (which usually I hate) was the only thing that was soothing, and I mixed it with Carnations Instant Breakfasts for more nutrition.
Hard candies might help, I've heard that there are even pregnancy suckers that are made and people swear by to combat nausea, but mostly it's just a waiting game until you are through your first trimester.
If you're worried about your baby not getting enough nutrition, don't. My doctor told me that this is not an issue until later on in your pregnancy so eat what you can and get plenty of rest (you won't feel any morning sickness while you sleep!)
Best of luck to you!

I hate to tell you that sometimes there is no helping.. I am pregnant now and I have a 3 year old.. I was sick the entire time with her and i have also been sick this whole time too.. with my first I actually lost 30 pounds during the pregnancy...I only gained 4 pounds and after she was born i weighed 34 puonds less than when i got pregnant...
I have tried almost everything and what I have found this time is that the more water that I drink the less sick I feel.. Idrink about 3-4 liters a day...

Try eating small things throughout the day. Drink lots of liquids. If you are taking prenatal vitamins you may want to take a break form that until you are a little bit farther along because those can cause morning sickness, or take them at night or try a different kind. Test all different kinds of food and see what you can keep down. Thats what I did. Cheeseburgers worked great for me! LOL. Good luck and congrats.

when i had a bad time with morning sickness, now you have to check with your doc, this is just some of the things that were suggested to me. they told me to try carbonated pop like sprite or 7 up anything without caffine. some women say this helps settle their tummys and honestly it helped me. i was also told i could take vitamin b, this is supposed to help with the sickness, and they also suggested a sleeping pill before bed time to help not feel so sick in the morning, i can't remember the name of the pill though. it is a well known brand and you see it on tv all the time. it has orange on the box. but anyway before you take anyones suggestions ask your doc and see what they have to say. sometimes they have some different ones or they may just tell you everything we have all said. good luck. i hated morning sickness!! i had it all day, didn't matter what time!!

i change into so interior the same boat!!! I absolutely have hardship driving contained in the motorized vehicle at the same time as i'm no longer pregnant... and now that i'm pregnant, even although i'm contained in the second one trimester, i visit't experience with all people and nonetheless sense nauseous even if that if i force :(. attempt a million/2 an time-honored ability unisom with 25mg of b6 0.5-hour before a motor vehicle-experience. If this does no longer help ask you dr for a prescription of phenegen, its an awesome drug! yet you won't be able to force at the same time as taking it, you'd be quite sleepy, i advise a million/2 of a 25mg pill 40 5 minutes before a motor vehicle experience, and take the subsequent dose about 0.5-hour earlier to the subsequent scheduled time in case you dr approved. meaning, if its each 6 hours like mine... take it each 5.5 hours, and also you do not have a lapse the position you're ill that can create a viscous cycle! If this medicine does no longer supply you the outcomes you want, the subsequent element to attempt is Zofran or both drugs blended- in case you dr approves!!!! it truly is sadly what i had to attempt this being pregnant to bypass everywhere outdoors my living house, a small dose of each medicine blended helped me get to/with the help of/from the food market.... yet i actual wasn't going out to any eating places and nonetheless at 14 weeks i'm having hardship eating a wide style of meals!

Find a ginger candle. This is a home remedy and it works well. I have severe morning sickness with every pregnancy. This helps but will not always keep you from throwing up. Good Luck!!

Try eating different foods and you may finally find one that you can keep down. Try high carb foods, I've heard those work best. Some women claim that sour foods &/or sour candy helped them with morning sickness.

If you cant keep anything down call your doctor there are several meds out there to help. I tried 2 different ones before I found one that worked for me. THey say to only use meds if your loosing weight or are dehydrated, so use your own judgement and good luck it should pass soon!
