Tell his sisters, brothers, mother, old friends, etc. that his kids miss him and worry that he's dead. The kids think THEY did something wrong to push him away, Other kids at school tease them because their father doesn't visit. Children can deal with divorce, but not abandonment.
Maybe the message will somehow get to him in his new hideout city. And he'll return for a surprise visit. DO IT NOW with the holidays swiftly approaching.
Good luck, I will pray that those kids can see their long lost daddy.
Think of the children first...money later. Your children will grow up and know where all the money and clothes came from..YOU.

I actually hired a private investigator who was pretty cheap but I think the more info you have the cheaper he is, like a social security number, i think there is some online reports you can get for like 20 bucks then give this to the PI tell him to consult with you before he goes furthur so as to not rack up too many costs you cant pay. My PI found mine and I got an order, most important thing, once I had that he was ordered to keep change of address

You may not be able to find him, unless his SS# pops up somewhere for a job. If he is working and you have his SS# you can get his income tax and have his wages garnished. If he is working under the table, you may not be able to get anything right now, but his debt of child support never goes away. Once he works again he will get found out and you should get at least half his pay. If he goes on disability, your children will get part of his benefits. My son gets that from his father.
What gets me about these dead-beats is that they are biting their own butts in the end. If they work at a regular job, pay their taxes, put in social security, and pay their child support till the kids are 18, they will have something for retirement. But the ones that work under the table just to avoid paying child support, won't have anything when they get old and still will have the debt of child support to pay to their children. What idiots!

Have you reported him to the Division of Child Support Enforcement? If that is the State facility you mentioned, they do not do the tracking down as effectively as we would like and very slow, but ......... If you apply for services such as food stamps, tanif, or any gov. monies they seem to suddenly be come up with dead beat dad. Also, try the search engines you'll find when you google his name. You may have to pay 15 bucks but it would be worth it to locate him.

I know what you're talking about. Why bother? Just brush them off. It takes more than a biological act to be a parent.
