How/where do I get Legendary Island in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue?

I really want to get the legendary birds. I beat the main part of the game and bought all of the friend areas that Wigglytuff sold. Please!!!!

beat the game 5 times then run around in a circle 4 times then you will be transported into heaven where you must fight jesus 3 times and God 2 times. Then you will be sent to the legendary island aka hell.
