Emo's are dorks? Emo's are NOT dorks. Gosh, I'm so sick of everybody always ragging on us like that. Jesus, what's wrong with people? Everybody is different ya know! Emo kids dress cooler cause they dress however they want to, not whats popular at the time. If we all became vampires, the Emo kids could still go out during the day cause our awesome hair would shield our eyes and keep us safe from the suns harmful UV rays. Gosh people, I could go on and on, just stop dissing the Emo kids!

Emo's aren't dorks, it's just a music type! Infact there's no such thing as emo, only scene, it's kinda anoying! Excuse to be depressed i guess!

Really Emo isn't anymore dorky than any other genre. It's a lot whinier, but not any more dorkier.
Emos are not goths. Emo is a direct branch from punk. And while Goth is a branch from punk, emo is a descendant of hardcore (ironic, isn't it?) punk. Original emo is actually much harder and less crying but still is very "emotional".

Emo's are being themselves and dont want to fit in. Being different is only seem as dorky by someone who dresses the same and thinks they are queen of the world. I know what i'd rather be, the same or unique. its not hard really

Emo is what my generation used to call saffy. Or in other words, soft rock. It's so funny that it's cool to some young music fans now. It certainly wasn't then - it was 'mum music'. LOL

i think people get confused about emos,including emo guys,i think they got the fifties/retro punk/cool thing a bit wrong but emo chicks look great

People keep on mistaking emos for goths. This is a silly error as goths are much cooler.

yeah, they kinda are, aren't they? but this isn't really a question..
haha it's funny how people are saying "there's noting wrong with being different"... emo's are like clones! they all dress the same, act the same, listen to the same bands.. what's bloody different about that?
although I do like MCR... and FFAF.... yeah I want to kill FOB
and P!ATD though....

I don't know what "dork" means (I'm from Austria) but I think it's negative.
And if it's negative, I say no, 'cause I'm a Emo.

I think MTV over dramatized "emo" . because emo isnt what people think it is...and they are human just like every one else....
