They have charts like that on the web. Here is a link to one, that is O.K., but I have seen better ones.

On a dog, you can tell by looking at the paws. If it has big paws, it will be a big dog. Likewise, maybe if you have big feet you will be tall.

you can double the height of a child at the age of 2 and this will be their full adult height. true story. my daughter was 33 inches at two and is 5 foot 6

Go to your doctor. They have a growth chart, and based on you weight and other factors, they can estimate your final height.

you could add your parents heights in inches. then divide by two and because you are male add two inches.
