Head massages help a lot as they significantly slow hair loss. Get one a week and you should keep your hair longer.
Also hanging upside down works too - but is time consuming and uncomfortable.

Regaine - contains minoxidil - sold over the counter in chemists but it costs about £30 a month and you have to use it constantly for it to work xx
