Assuming this is for a new baby then if you name her Leanne her friends will call her Lee
If you call her Kristen she'll get Chris
Strangely both of which are unisex names
My choice is Leanne but if I were you I would pick the one that goes best with her surname

I have a bad association with the name Leanne. I knew a girl in high school named Leanne who was an acid swallowing, frankenstein walking, dirty whore. I would go with the name Kristen.
