Yes.. if he lets you, you can hook up a wireless router to his network. That would allow you to get wireless internet without paying for anything but the router. I would recommend a Linksys.

1. Buy a Wireless Router (not wireless internet - no such thing)
2. Connect Wireless Router to your brother modem (with his permission ofcourse)
3. Configure the router for security and ensure that it is as close to your house as possible. (the more brick/metal/wiring between you and the router the worse the connection)
4. Configure you PC (may need to buy a wireless card if you dont already have 1)
5. If you are able to connect but the signal is lousy then purchase a booster for the router (larger antenna or signal reprocessor)
6. Enjoy your setup for the cost of approx $150 (includes router/wireless card/booster)

Tell your brother to get a wireless router and get it setup on his machine and modem. Then you can get the signal of his internet and not have to pay. It is legal so do not worry. You just have to spend no more than $30 in buying the router. Its easy to setup. I recommend a D-Link router. They are good.

Good Luck!

Cheaper still, have your brother buy the router (he should have had one to begin with). You are after all, his weak girly sister.
