Assuming you meant U.S. states.
All of them! The Tropic of Capricorn is at 23 degrees south latitude, and the southermost state (Hawaii) is at about 20 degrees north latitude.
Every other state except Hawaii is north of the Tropic of Cancer.

None of the Australian states are completely north of the Tropic of Capricorn, though parts of Queensland and WA are north of the tropic.
If you happened to be talking about the US, then all 50 states are north of the Tropic of Capricorn of course.
