How do you find employment as a model builder with "Lucas Film" ?

How do you find employment as a model builder with "Lucas Film" ?
I have been a semi pro modeler for many years, have worked professionally in digital art / animation / design and modeling and would like to work in real world 3D model builing for movies etc.
Can anyone help?

Networking. If you've been doing this for a while, I would suggest talking to employees, bosses and going to conferences. You'd be amazed what a small world 3D animation is.
