Is there any way I can make a SIS 650 support T&L?

I'm trying to play EVE online with a SIS 650 integrated graphics card in a Lenovo laptop. I know that SIS 650 does not support T&L but is there some software workaround for this??? I just want to make EVE online playable, not looking for astonishing performance or anything.

No. T&L must be provided by the hardware. There is no way to get T&L working through software.

If your Chipset doesn't feature 3D acceleration, then you're unfortunately out of luck.
