Yes all 360's come with the silver package. This means you can play on off peak times and not on weekends. There should be a code on a live card somewhere in the box. Mine was on a 3x5 type of live card, and I had to scratch off to see the code. I hope that this helps.

my adivse is to hold onto your money and buy a playstation3, is got everything the 360 doenst have, and that includes a true HD drive. its the best money can buy. ya ists crapy that there isnt enough for now and there may not be sany till march but i can and will wait till then, i wont go crazy, plus there will be more games and whatever glitches there have been so far will be worked out
