Well, yeah, I can see how it might seem gross to some people. They like it because it feels good, and because when done as an act of love, sex is a beautiful expression. It's OK if you don't like the idea right now; don't let anyone pressure you into doing it before it you're ready. But, to give you an idea of why people like it, when you get a private moment (lock the door!!), try stroking yourself gently 'down there'. The human body is an amazing thing, & you don't need to be ashamed of it.

It is quite gross if you break it down to its mechanics; when you're an adult in a committed relationship, it's a means of expressing deep romantic love and friendship love for the person you wish to spend the rest of your life with.
That said, in essence, it sends messages to the pleasure centers in your brain making the whole mechanics of it irrelevant while you're actually in the act.
I suggest that you relax and let things happen for you; don't get pressured into doing anything before you, personally, are ready. If you do, you will have a very dim view on sex when you're finally ready for it and won't enjoy it with the person you want to enjoy it with the most.

maybe you havent found the right person to have it with??as Sex is a very close and intiment thing between you and your partner,so how can it be Grose?unless you aint ready for it, which sounds like it,but when you find the right person to do it wiith you will think its great

It's one of the most natural things there is. It's what we're made for. True, some people over do it sometimes (no pun intended), but other than that...it's how we procreate. Not to mention, it feels wonderful.
Then again, some people are into it, others aren't. The older you get though, the more you'll want it.
