Three of my closest friends and all all turn (or turned) 30 between Nov. and Jan. I want to send an email with a good quote on my birthday (Wednesday) to all of them. Any suggestions?

well my friend is a poet and she made up this poem for my other friend.
Thirty. What a wonderful number.
Just about the age when your eyes need cucumber.
Your getting old, your graying fast
And you remember so little of the past
But don't get down, its only the beginning
So many years to go, you are winning
Just keep up what youre doing
Stay a wife
And you will live a very happy life!!
