It seems like every month we've had some sort of CGI-themed movie with talking cars, animals, or somethings-or-other. I'm starting to wonder if this style of film is starting to get a little too crowded for its own good. This year, I only noticed two really worthy candidates - Cars and Happy Feet. My complaint aside, what film do you predict to win the Academy Award for "Best Animated Film" for 2006?

My vote is for "Cars" all the way! Pixar really took out all the stops artistically with this film, and it's something anyone of any age can enjoy. The music is awesome and appropriate; and the ending (for me, at least) was slightly surprising for me from a children's movie where most conflicts are clearly resolved in the end.

There are 2 questions right here: which one do i imagine WILL win, and which movie do i imagine might want to win. As for which movie might want to win, i ought to bypass with The Departed the finished way...only actual remarkable as to what probably will win, i'm wondering it will probably be Babel, only by way of Golden Globe win, yet when not, then The Queen I only wish Little bypass over Sunshine doesn't win one movie that were given no perfect image interest in any respect that i imagine replaced into rather underrated and a minimum of deserved to be considered replaced into Blood Diamond

Cars or Happy feet will probably get it but there were a lot of other animated movies this summer that were just as good such as: Barnyard, Flushed away, Open season, and a few others that i can't remember. cars was the most popular but if i had my pick open season would win it was hilarious. Especially when Boog went on a bender and barfed on the garage window.
