I don't think they have a female silhouette. Just go and create an avatar. You don't really need a picture unless that is what you want.

Go to "My Q&A" . Under the picture you find the "Edit profile info". Here you can select your avatar. They dont have a female silhouette here(Dont know why).

seems somewhat ambiguous to me, a lot of ladies persons have hair that short... even though it probably is a male silhouette so that is slightly unfair. There are a techniques more advantageous major issues interior the international, although =)
