You may have a yeast infection and not show symptoms. You need to go to a Dr and get medication bc it can cause miscarriage in the 1st trimester and preterm labor in the 3rd trimester. You dont have to meet all symptoms to have something some infections manifest differently. so it vary from infection to infection and person to person

sometimes a yeast infection does not itch. You may have a yeast or bladder infection. You need to see the dcotor because smelly discharge is a sign that something is wrong. Make sure you see a doctor because certain infections can cause a miscarriage.

Go get a book called " what to expect when you are expecting" by Heidi Murkoff. It's the pregnancy bible and will help with all these questions. I refer to it almost daily right now and I am due Feb 2, 2007. Your question as well as many others that you would not expect is in there. It's excellent in describing all of these little things that worry moms and help distinguish when something is "normal" or not.
Good Luck!

I think it is a change in your hormones from being pregnant and there is nothing you can do but keep clean as possible and wear a mini pad. Don't worry about it if he doesn't.
If it changes colors or starts to itch, call your doctor. There is lots of reading on the internet about this.

Get checked out anyway, even though you do not have the itching it could still be an infrection. like with a UTI you dont get the itching or burning in the begining. go to your OB and have a test done.

you can have a yeast infection just because you don't itch it does not matter, I am right now 10 week and I don't have any of that stuff going on.

I would call your doc. and let him know and see what he says you might have some kind of infection and not know it.
