if you were to witness a situation between parent and child, a couple an elderly or a handicapped person. or would you just stand and watch ?

You have to tell someone, if you had a brother or sister that couldn't help them selves. Would you not do anything or better yet would you like to hear later down the road that something really bad happened to them or they got killed and you could have stopped it if you would have done something.

i would call the police and get in to help if it was an elderly person, a handicapped,or a child who doesn't have d fault.

I would immediately call the police. But to get in the middle of it while it's happening, no.

Depends on the situation, If physical, then immediately, if verbal, then a phone call to those who do that job.
