I have to wirte a paper comparing their management actions to ao book on well and poorly managed corporations. Pleas help I have no idea.

It can be any type of organizations but it needs to be one that I can compare and contrast their managment skills with the author's criteria in the book In Search of Excellence

Here's one that's both
DHB Industries
Makes bullet-proof armor for police and military and after 9/11 the demand for their products skyrocketed as did their stock prices. However corporate greed was so embedded at the top that all was not what it seemed with the stated financials. The CEO, CFO & COO were kicked out, the CFO & COO are currently under indictments with the SEC and Justice Departments, the stock was kicked off AMEX and is traded over the couner (pink sheets).

This is such a shame because it has such a worthy and necessary product and could have been such a successful company WITHOUT going to such lengths.
