Who came up with pro wrestling slang like: heel, face, kafaybe, angle, etc.?

They became popular tems when Vince Sr. started using them when wwwf was still regional. They were like his personal terms, until(the story goes) he split from the AWA. Then it was open game. AWA wrestlers knew them from working for Vince, then they started using them with NWA and WCW. Now, we all know them.

Those are very old terms.... no one can remember.... most of them have been in use for over a 100 years.
