we first separated cause he kicked me out and got back together and again he kiced me out and he said he "regrets it" anyway its been 9 months and he has not filed or anything..we have not spoken in like 4 months why do you think he hasnt filed? could it be cause he doesnt wanna spend the money?

i wished it would work out, but it doesn't matter either one of you can file for a divorce, it just don't take the man to do it , either one of you can do it. cause the ways things are going it doesn't sound like its working out, and i really hate seeing people that can't work things out, otherwise, why did you get married, its suppose to be for good times and bad, richer or poor, weakness or health. good luck

File for divorce and move on with your life, he is obviously not going to do it, for he sounds like a lazy piece of Sh*t. Get it over and put the past behind you!

Try talking to him about it and seeing if there is anyway you could work it out. It sounds like he is confused and doesn't know what to do. TALK TO HIM. See if you can go to counseling or something to work this out. If you can't afford that then find a church that offers counseling services, they will usually do it for free.

Who cares why he hasn't filed.
Surprise him - get a lawyer and sue him for divorce. Get alimony and if you have kids-get child support.
