If KHP is Potassium hydrogen phthalate, then

KH(C8H4O4) + NaOH --> KNa(C8H4O4) + H20

I suspect that it's potassium hydrogen phosphate - which still gives us a choice of 2!

K2HPO4 + NaOH ----> K2NaPO4 + H2O

or

KH2PO4 + 2NaOH ---> KNa2PO4 + 2H2O
