I've recently finished Masters by Research GPA 3.7 GPA in Biotechnology commercialisation and Entrepreneurship, two undergraduate degrees in arts and business (marketing and communications). Any ideas?

Are you interested in a professional Master's degree or a PhD? If the former then it will be very hard to find scholarships as even Americans are usually required to take out loans to finance their education.
However, if you are interested in a PhD program then you should know that most PhD programs offer at least some of their admitted students tuition remission plus a stipend that is usually enough for basic living. You just have to indicate that you are interested in being considered for this when you apply.
