THEY REGULATE THE WEBSITE, FOR ANY FOUL LANGUAGE, SPAM OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT DOES NOT BELONG THERE.

Attempt to keep people who send span messages (ie "Best Lover Again", etc.) out of the forum. Stop members from fights, etc.
