The whole fertilization process will take about 7 days. The fertilization occurs usually 8-12 hours after insemination. The fertilized ovum takes about 6-7 days to implant in the uterus. It is at that point when a maternal blood body gets chemicals from the embryo. With in 2-3 days after that, Beta HCG tests (blood test) could recognize the pregnancy. It takes atleast another 7 days to show the changes in the Urine.

No, it usually takes at least 7-10 days for implantation and the hormones produced during pregnancy do not start rising until after implantation.

Until implantation occurs, the body doesn't start to produce the chemicals that indicate pregnancy.
So you can't tell for a week or more.

It isn't possible to tell yet. You won't know until symptoms of pregnancy appear or she missed her period.
