I used a cream colored eye shador on the lid/brow bone area first; then a medium grey in the crease. I use black eye pencil then, with a very thin flat brush, take the dark grey eyeshadow and line my eyes (over the pencil - which helps set the pencil and lasts a long time). Finish w/lots of mascara - TA DAAAA!
Can also do the same with brown pencil/shadow or dark blue.

Take a deep brown, or even black eyeshadow and put a considerable amount on the outer edge of lids, then follow-up with a cool contrast color in the inner corners-to the middle of lid. For brown - try a nuetral shimmer, or copper for more of a pop! For black, use the same (a nuetral color with a little shimmer), you'll get different results (two looks) with only 3 different eyeshadows. Good luck, and have fun with your makeup!

start of with a light beige over the whole eyelids, then a white under the brow to give the eyebrow effect then get a creamier beige and go over your whole lid, then get a nice chocolate brown and go over the whole lid then add a darker brown to the outer edge only then get a black and go over the side and go in the inner crease of your eye then take your dkbrown eyeliner and do your bottom eyelid first and then top the go over with black liquid eyeliner then take ur darkbrown eyeshadow small thin brush and go over your brown under eyelid and then apply dk black brown mascara and you have your smoke eyes. I should know cuz us arabs are the queens of eye makeup have a look at the sites. hope this helps

the secret to a smokey eye is laying down the dark shadow, then a neutral, beige color on top of it. this prevents the shadow from being too dark and vampire-like.
