0%....Domino's is a US Corporation and is barred from doing business in Cuba for as long as the US embargo is in effect.

I have been to Cuba 3 times and never seen one. Although, I am not sure if I did I would even make a mental note as I would not eat there even in the uS.

Dominos Pizza has an international locator, that lists the locations of its stores in 60 countries.
Cuba is not on the list, so my guess is that there are no Domino's located in Cuba.
