Electricians are worse than estate agents now.

Rather than asking strangers, you need to call three electricians and get bids.

Some are very adept at pulling the wires and really cause very little damage. But it depends on the electrical and the way the house is built.

Good Luck.

This is a hard question that depends on many things like the area you live in, if the walls have fire blocks, and if you need a panel also. Worst case $5000 best case $1500. I've done a few and they can varry a lot.

Holy crap, I can't give you a $$$ mount, but it would be extremely expensive - many thousands of dollars.
They have to rip holes in the walls all over the place, replace the wire to code, then patch up & repaint everything.
Best bet is to ask an electrician for a realistic estimate.

Phone around all your local electricians telling them you want a competetive estimate. They will each ask what others have quoted you and try and undercut each other. After about 10 phone calls you should end up with the least expensive. But make sure he has some references.

£3000.00 to £5000.00 depends on the quality of workmanship and materials, more if its furnished and occupied. Also adjust for the area you are in!

A good tradesman won't ''rip holes in the walls''!
