This is a very short movie, or an excerpt from a longer movie. I keep thinking it is by Louis Bunuel. If not, it sure could be. It is very surrealistic.

I don't know about that, but I do remember a twilight zone show about a fisherman finding an apple on the beach and then eating it and getting pulled in.
