Hmm, does puffed up feathers in a bird count as different from a pony growing a shaggy coat in the winter?

Every animal with a thick, well developed coat in temperate or artic environments. Caribou, Bear, Deer, Labrador Retrievers. . . the list goes on. That does not include domesticated animals bread for their coat because some snob thinks it looks nice.

I'm pretty sure that Polar Bear hair is hollow and the air in that acts as insulation.
