You really need to say what country you are mailing the letter from as well as where it is going. The rate for up to one ounce from the United States to England (or anyplace else in the world outside North America) is 84 cents. It does not matter what combination of stamps you use, and if you overpay, the post office will not mind.

You should bring it to the post office cuz I don't think you can send it from here with regular stamps.

Depends on the weight and size. A standard letter should have about 2 bucks on it. But, you should take it to the post office.
