OK SO I DOWNLOADED MAPLESTORY JUST FINE..BUT LIKE WHEN I CLICK ON THE ICON TO PLAY IT THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND I JUST HEAR THE MUSIC PLAYING HOW DO I MAKE THE SCREEN SHOW????

DO NOT RE INSTALL IT, WHATEVER YOU DO. go to either C:/ or D:/(where ever u installed it), go to program files, got to wizet, maplestory, and click settings. it will guide you from there

It could be possible your video card or monitor doesn't support the resolution the game plays in. You also might try adjusting your Hertz settings on your monitor. Right click desktop...properties...settings tab...advanced button...monitor tab... then there is a pulldown there.

delete it and try downloading again, but dont worry bout it too much maple story isnt that good, play runescape or somfin ;)
