Are there any D&D groups in Plymouth?

Or are there any D&D groups on bus routes within 1/2 hour of Plymouth? I am an experienced gamer, who has recently moved to Plymouth and although there are several War Game groups, I can't find any Role Playing groups. I have placed cards in the two shops that I know sell D&D products, but no one has replied. Please help!

It's always hard to hunt these guys out isn't it! They seem very reluctant to emerge...

You could always give World of Warcraft a go, and see if anyone online there can introduce you to a realtime D&D.

But in the meantime...

You might try also hunting online for the websites of the games you're interested in (Serenity, white wolf, Vampire, whatever) and looking for UK forum threads there.

Also try local bookshops - Our Hammicks used to have a hardened core of gamers who used it in the evenings after it had closed for sizeable RPGs... So check out any shops with RPG sections, if they don't run anything, they chances are one of the shop assistants will know someone who does.
