Are there any safe and legal hallucinogens out there?

"Safe" is a relative term.
Most mind altering, illicit drugs are illegal.
Hallucinations can be caused from sleep deprivation. Try that, its safe and legal.

check out Salvia Divinorum. Contains salvinorin-a which is the strongest, most naturally occuring hallucinagen. The trip doesn't last long (about 1/2 hr), but depending on how much you smoke some people have an out-of-body experience.
It's legal and safe.

American Indians ,when seeking a vision would starve themselves and not sleep for a few days often resulting in out of body experiences or hallucinations. I don't know how safe such practices are but no drugs are required and its free.

2C-I and 2C-T-2 are still legal for the time being and sold on the internet. Watch your *** on the federal analogue act though. Just look up Phenethylamines. Some of them are still legal, but EXTREMELY rare finds.

How about staying up for three days straight...You'll be seeing things that are not there and Its legal.

yea there is this herb called Salvia divinorum it's legal and if you smoke it ... welll... search for it on youtube and you'll see what happens.
