I've got 5 children and every doctor has always told me Tylenol is safe to take during pregnacy and while breastfeeding, as long as it ain't PM. Motrin is definetly not safe. I would also like to recommend Nestle Good Start formula to you for when your ready to bottle feed. All my children were Good Start babies. I tried Similac and Enfamil formula's and they caused lots of constipation and gas. Well good luck and God bless you and your precious baby always!

I would hesitate about taking the extra strength quick relief formula. Just plain Tylenol is okay when you are pregnant if you don't overdo it.
