Copyright, trademark and tradename registry notices are recognizable through these symbols of intellectual property rights, often in these format:
Copyright © 2006. All Rights Reserved
Brand X®
Brand X™
there are government offices that process applications and keep an archive of registered intellectual property. it could be the country's Intellectual Property Office, National Library, Patent Office, or trade and industry offices/agencies. try searching your government website.

There's a government website that lists copyright holders. Just Google it, should be easy to find.

look for a 'c', 'tm' or 'r' symbol in a little circle beside the name.
ps my name is copyrite of me and me only, do not attempt to use my name, image or related trademaks without written proof of authorisation. this would result in your prosecution.
