So this show featured cardboard scenery and sometimes a giant. There was a woman that wore a blue dress quite possibly resembling a cheeleaders outfit. There was a guy on the show that always called her down out of the sky. Could be from early 70's and show could also be local to cleveland, Ohio. HELP.... Please!

I believe it was The Flying Nun!! It starred, Sally Field!!

It may have been "The flying nun", with Sally Field. (tho she didn't look like a cheerleader, LOL)

The only other flying woman in a movie Iknow of is Julie Andrews, in "Mary Poppins". (and she didn't look like a cheerleader either)

Hope this helps a bit anyway, if only by eliminating movies you're NOT looking for.
