my horse lost her first baby do you have to re-breed her or will she just get pregnat again on her own

You need a stallion. Horses just don't spontaneously get pregnant, otherwise we'd all be hip deep in them.

You will have to re breed her because a new foal is not just going to pop up. Before you breed her again make sure she has nothing wrong with her and see why she lost the first foal.

If you intend to breed her she will come back in heat in 7 days it is called a foal heat. The only way she will get pregnant on her own is if the stallion is always with her.
