Bleach is the best drain cleaner around. for a real stubborn leak pour 1/2 to 3/4 gallon in and let sit for a few hours max.
Do not mix amonia and bleach ever this creates a poision gas, so if you have already followed the previous post advice wait till you are sure you have flushed out all the amonia from the sink and drain.

Hydrogen Peroxide. Once the clog is cleared use it once a week to keep the drains open.

Yes.Put baking soda down the drain first and then white vinegar.Let it sit for 1/2 hour and then run Hot water down the drain.

this may sound silly, but if all other things fail bring in a garden hose and hold it to the drain with a rag and give it a blast. This has worked for me several times
