Definitely Spain. I quite like it as a place for living. Nice people and warm climate. What more do you need? ;)
I think one of the best schools of architecture is in Madrid and you have a lot of good valuable and beautiful places from Alhambra to Barcelona.
the decision is yours.

Sweden is a more expensive country although WHERE in Spain you go may also determine the answer to this question.
While I understand that money is an issue, you should consider the type of experience (both educational and social/cultural) you will have in the two countries. I know these are not independent of finances, but you may want to look into more information about how Erasmus students live, what they do, what they study, and how they like it before making a decision.

yup, Spain. It is one of the cheaper countries in the "old" EU. Also has a wide variety of architecture that you probably couldn't find in Sweden. Barcelona is especially good for that kind of thing.

I live in Sweden and I think that everything here is expensive. On the other hand the monetary value they use in Spain is EURO and 1 Euro is around 9-10 swedish crowns.

Spain, for sure (Scandinavia is not known for low cost of living). Like the guy said, It's warmer, too... and it's beautiful... there's some gorgeous architecture there, too, and lots of historic old towns...
