My wee boy Calum has been reading about whether you think Santa is real or not and his verdict is that he is real, but he might be the son or grandson of the original. However, he is still really curious about how Santa gets down our skinny Swiss chimney (and he does because he leaves a mess!!)
Thanks for helping my 6 year old with his real inquiry!

He wears a corset...lol j/k. I also believed Santa's magical. I once watched this movie (forgot how it's called...sowie) where Santa had all this weird methods to get into houses. He had a magic key that opened everything. His toy-filled bag lift him up in the air. He had some kind of magic powder and he sprinkled it over the chimney and it made it wider. He also had a flower and every time he smelled it, he would turn invisible for a moment. Hope all of you have a wonderful Christmas ^.^

My daughter asked me this too because our house doesn't have a chimney. I told her that usually the parents who don't have chimneys leaves the back door unlocked for Santa.

He's got magic, which is how he is able to visit everyone in the entire world in only one night too! He can magically become very small just for a moment, then squeeze through a chimney, and then goes back to his normal size once he's through.

Well he picks the locks of doors that don't have chimmeys. Then he uses his magic powers to turn off any burgler alarm. Before he leaves he turns the alarm back on and locks the doors. B/c he doesn't want intrudes to get in.
My front doors are unlocked so he can get in and out without making noise.

Magic. He puts his finger to the side of his nose and he can go down the chimney. When he removes his finger from the side of his nose, he's regular size. That's how he gets back up too.

Get hold of the film 'The Santa Clause', it answers many of the awkward questions and is a pleasure to watch. (the third one is just out at the cinema in the UK)
