You can try going to the embassy of Guatemala in Egypt. The address is: 17, Port Said Street, 5th Floor, Maadi, Cairo, Egipto
Area: 002-02. The telephone number is: 380-2914 and the Fax: [phone].
I know they will give you all of the information since its the only central american country with representation in Egypt.
